In this article, you will learn about how our customers experience convenience through the client portal.
Every client receives access to their own personalized portal which centralizes everything into one location.
- View, approve, sign, and pay estimates and invoices
- View past and upcoming service appointments
- View and update contact and payment details

Viewing and paying due balances
When you log into your client portal, you’ll be directed to the Inbox tab. Here, you’ll see all your unpaid estimates and invoices. Just click on any invoice to view it, approve an estimate, or make a payment.
Each document will show its current status, so you’ll know exactly which ones need your attention. You can pay invoices and approve estimates one by one or all at once. If you make a bulk payment, our system will automatically apply your payment to each individual invoice or estimate.
Viewing past and upcoming services
In the My Booking tab of your client portal, you’ll see both your upcoming and past jobs. For each job, you can view the date, type of removal service, removal location, and the names of the removal crew.
You’ll also have the option to add the junk removal appointment to your personal calendar with just a click.
Reviewing estimates
In your Inbox tab, you’ll find all the estimates we’ve sent you. From there, you can easily review and approve any estimates.
It’s a quick and simple way to keep everything organized and get things moving.
Booking new services
You can easily book new services with us either online or over the phone. In your client portal, you’ll find a link to our Booking Services page as well as our company phone number, making it simple to schedule your next service however you prefer.

Your client portal also gives you easy access to your profile details. Just click on your avatar in the upper-left corner to view and update your information.
From there, you can update your contact details like your name, email, and phone number, as well as manage your payment methods, including adding or changing cards on file.

You’ll also be able to view your payment history in the client portal. If a payment is linked to an estimate or invoice, just click on the payment to see the associated document.
